51¶ÌÊÓƵ’s annual program to honor students and employees who offer high achievement and service to the community within or beyond the boundaries of 51¶ÌÊÓƵ. Sponsored by the President's Office.

Established in 2022 in memory of Professor of English Michael Tratner by his family. Tratner advocated for treating all staff as important members of the college community. Sponsored the President's Office. 

Given to staff members who step up in a special way to serve their departments or the 51¶ÌÊÓƵ community more broadly. Sponsored by the President's Office and Senior Staff.

Every summer, staff gather for a picnic to celebrate the end of the academic year and honor their colleagues' achievements. Service awards are given to recognize individuals with five, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of employment with the College. Sponsored by Human Resources.
